You'll use Reed.ai on a real role you're recruiting for and provide feedback on your experience.

Sign up and post a live role

You create your Reed.ai account and post a role you're hiring for now or soon. Bring a job description if you have one.

Give feedback

Tell us, bluntly, what works and what doesn't as you describe the role with our conversational AI.

Review candidate matches

Go through the matches it produces and tell us where it got it right and what to improve. (Feel free to shortlist anyone for a role)
