Last year we matched 1.2 million people to job opportunities, provided 221,000 people with the skills, training and advice they need to progress in their careers and supported over 140,000 people in their careers.

Helping communities prosper

Last year we helped 28,000 people who’ve faced barriers to employment into work, helped 97,000 people lead healthier lives and donated over £5 million to charity.

Caring for our planet

We've reduced our emissions by 22% since 2019, we're sponsoring the UK’s biggest environmental fundraiser, Earth Raise and we recently pledged £1m to Big Give’s Green Match Fund in 2025.
